About

Kari Petrasek is a solo litigation attorney located in Mukilteo, Washington where she has been representing clients in Snohomish County since 2002. Ms. Petrasek has represented families and individuals as they go through difficult times in their lives, and as they make plans for their estate. She has significant experience in the area of juvenile law representing clients in dependency and termination matters and also juvenile offender cases. Ms. Petrasek is also a dedicated advocate for children having served as a Guardian ad Litem for dependent children. In addition, Ms. Petrasek has served as a judge and commissioner pro tempore for Snohomish County Superior Court for over ten years. As an experienced litigator, she also represents clients in guardianship, elder law, estate planning, and family law matters. Currently, Ms. Petrasek serves as the Chair of the WSBA Solo & Small Practice Section, serves as Treasurer on the Washington Women Lawyers State Board, is a Past-President of the Snohomish County Bar Association, and is actively engaged in leadership positions within the American Bar Association Solo, Small Firm & General Practice Division. She has been a mock trial coach for Archbishop Murphy High School since 2011.
